This takes AAA batteries which are cheaper to buy and you can get rechargeable, I avoid anything with the small batteries as it ends up costing me more for batteries than the toy itself.

anyone know how these compare to the robo turtles? can't keep the robo turtles going in batteries, maybe this would be a better option x
