Have to agree, Circus Circus is up near the end of the strip, would say the older part of strip, yes we used the bus and it was ok but like has been advised to far to walk, and the traffic it can take a while on the bus. was there in Sep and we stayed in the ARIA which was perfect :sunglasses:

Tuscany Suites is my choice for a good standard but relaxed low budget stay. Great food, decent casino and a 10 minute walk to centre Strip. I've stayed in several high end hotels when attending work related exhibitions in Vegas but, if I'm paying, Tuscany gives me excellent value for money in a good location.

My parents have also stayed many times there and recommend it. They have also stayed at Bellagio a few times and Treasure Island a few times also. They have always says, like others on here, that Circus Circus is an absolute dump from when they have seen it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Circus circus is awful. Do not stay there! Plenty of other great hotels at decent prices around. Circus circus is a bad representation of Vegas.

Thomas Cook do not include resort fees any more they stopped a few months ago .
The only operators to include resort fees in there packages are BA and Virgin.

I've been a few times before, I stayed in Aria this time last year. Never managed a price even close to this. This looks like it includes resort fees too which makes it an incredibly good deal.

Yet again people posting cheap vegas deals with no knowledge of the area.
Circus Circus is by far and away the worst hotel on the strip, your miles away from any of the action so your using the buses all day, the Casino is horrible and wouldn't look out of place in Blackpool and the rooms are disgusting.
Use the flights and do some research, if I could vote this cold twice I would.

circus circus is way too far from the action. pay a little more and get central strip even at somewhere like the flamingo or harrahs or the link cheap but really practical.

Any similar prices from the South? I'd snap this up in a flash if it was anywhere South of Manchester...

theres loads, check lastminute.com ive found they have amazing deals to vegas. Wouldn't stay at the circus circus though, hotel prices are so cheap youd only end up paying an extra hundred or two pound for a major hotel upgrade to the likes or aria, mirage etc. Not too sure about november, its meant to get alot slower in vegas this time of year.

We always fly from Dublin with BA or Virgin .
Our next flights in June only cost £405 each flying Dublin to Heathrow then onto Vegas . And this year paid £390 with Virgin on the same route.
Better planes , free alcohol and snacks , and All round better service .
We got a great offer for the 5 star vdara for 8 nights for less than £400 .
We normally stay next door in the Aria.
I would not recommend staying circus circus it's the biggest dump on the strip .
We go every year to Vegas in June as it's perfect pool weather.
But if your going to Vegas do it in style
Not a dump

Cracking deal, my wife and I are heading to Vegas for Christmas and staying at the Tropinana this year. Have stayed in Circus circus before, it's an OK hotel but make sure you're staying IN the hotel and not the manor lodges out the back. Duece bus stop is just outside the hotel taking you further up the strip or downtown.

And leave your kids at home, Vegas is Disney for adults and unless you're over 21 it's a waste. It's also great to have a place where there are no kids, mine or other people's.

There is also a free shuttle bus regularly from the back of Harrahs to the Rio and Downtown.

Buy the flights for £299 as per the other thread on here regarding the Thomas Cook flights to Las Vegas and buy the Hotel separately, with a hotel booking website for a substantially lower price!
Also you will get far more choice of hotels!

Don't stay in Circus Circus, it's garbage and far away from the middle of the Strip. Save up and stay somewhere nicer.

Can't say I'd stay at the circus circus either. It a dump. For not much more you should be able to get a much better hotel! Hot however for the price and I guess if I was given the choice of going here or not going at all I'd take the circus circus every time!... Then just sleep at the blackjack table

Wow! This is an amazing price. Would even be tempted to travel up to Glasgow (from London) for this price. Have stayed at Circus, Circus several times. Whilst not the most glam hotel in Vegas, nor very central, it does represent great value and is perfectly comfortable. I prefer to spend my $'s in the casinos rather than my hotel room! x

Return flights with Ryanair from Stansted £59.96
NB: returning from Las Vegas 17th November 07.10
Stayed at the MGM. They gave us free food, $100 for Casino, VIP tickets to night club & pool party and to top it off, they have actual lions in the hotel. They REALLY encourage you not to leave!

Like Jaji says, this hotel is pretty out the way and would require you to taxi it over to the strip unless you want to spend most of your holiday walking.
Good price for getting to Vegas and back but I'd certainly enjoy my trip more if you can walk out of your hotel straight onto the strip.
