I agree, anyone voting this cold should provide a link to a better price.
Hopefully my Son will see this and get me a bottle for Xmas.

It's the select, not the normal Laphroaig. Supposed to not be as "Laphroaigy" as the normal stuff. Just to warn you.

Mmmmmmmmmmm, not as "Laphroaigy" as usual. That probably means somebody screwed up and it failed QC to the normal Laphroaig standard. Still, £18 for a blend that is not so fierce isn't a bad deal.

And with every bottle you get a 1ft square piece of land,
Saw it in Tesco Kensington on Tuesday.....well I saw the shelf label price, they'd sold out unsurprisingly. Did get a 35cl bottle of Jura Origin for £9 though

I think Tesco are selling off a bunch of stock. I got an Old Pulteney Navigator for £20 a couple of weeks ago. Just missed out on a Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition they had for £27.50
It's unpredictable but well worth a look.

Seems so.
Monck Street Express (Westminster) 2 weeks ago had Johnnie Walker Black Label at £15 odd, usually £28, which was handy. Same store tonight had Hendrick's Gin at £14.70, usually £28 (though now disontinued), and Tanqueray Special Dry for £11 odd, usually £20. Don't like gin, but still seems worth a quick look in places.

Might be worth trying it in one of the barcode scanners in the store.

Ha, I opened this the other day thinking I'd bought the standard 10yr stuff and wondered why it tasted different (in a good way).
Picked up a couple of aldis 24 yr glen marnochs, dunno how nice they're gonna be though.

Scanned at £36 in Tesco Bishop's Stortford. Well done if you got some at £18 - enjoy. :-)

This stuff if a bargain for real whisky drinkers, don't buy this if your not one, just because its cheap! Its an acquired taste, one I don't have, I think its awful! but great price for those that can stomach it!
