Aldi in Bury had a huge pallet of these reduced from 99p to 49p. these are well in date as I bought 10 packs!!

True, although they are both Boroughs of Bury ! As is Ramsbottom and they have an Aldi there too ! so many Aldis around here !

Never got this... maybe for very small children. Each box is 30g... Average cereal is 370kcal/100g. Add in 250ml of skimmed milk, and you have a 'meal' for 470kcal (500kcal for semi skimmed, 530kcal for full milk and 100g cereal - which is a full bowl). Even 500kcal for an adult as one of your 3 meals a day is low - eat 3 of those per day, and active men would be undereating by 1000kcal, inactive men by 500kcal. 30g of cereal is 120kcal - add 80ml of milk, and you have a 'whole serving' for a whopping 160kcal... An inactive man would need to eat 14-15 'servings' to fulfil his calorie needs a day.
