Why do people put so many exclamation marks in their thread titles, especially when it's an offer that comes up as regularly as clockwork?

Ah this is an odd ball because it hasn't fallen 'as regular as clockwork'. It's been 4 weeks since the last deal, when they are normally every fortnight, or three weeks at a push, hence "It's back!"

Sparkle cards are being rolled out across the UK. My son is a manager at M&S, and they are launching in his store this week. They are just loyalty cards as far as I'm aware, not sure if it gives 10% off though, unless it's introductory. I'll try to update when I see him.

Isn't it called Sparks? Not Sparkle?
Also, a 20 second Google tells me:
Collect Sparks
Each time they shop: 10 sparks for every purchase
Every time they spend: 10 sparks for every £1 spent
Each time they engage: 25 sparks for a product review or 50 sparks when you Shwop

Had a Sparks card for a few weeks. The first offer includes 10% off food as an option but subsequent promotions have been a bit poor. Hopefully they will improve the deals as Christmas approaches but at the moment it's just another plastic card to carry around.

The Sparks card has an offer of 10% off food valid for 8 days, but it's not clear if you can use it every day for 8 days, or it's a use once and its over.

sparks 10% discount on food can be used as many times as you like for the duration of your individual offer which I believe is 8 to 10 days.

I had mine randomly through the post last week, but you can pick one up in store. Choose you reward for using it, personally think the 10% off food, wine & flowers us the best one on offer.

Apparently not. I phoned them last night and they told me it was a one use only within the 8 days.
17 main courses, only 1 vegetarian option, no vegan.
Are they taking the p*ss?
therealslimkaty to herrbz

Have you contacted them to complain or to ask them to offer a vegan option? They respond to market demand and if they don't know, they won't offer. Another problem is that I often see vegans going "oh they're only offering a veg stir fry or a...mushroom risotto, etc" so sometimes it's hard to win. I don't see a gluten free option either, or a specifically low fat one or kosher etc. So you're not the only one being left out

When they don't have the trifle on I get mine from Iceland £1-50

With a Sparks card you earn 'Sparks':
- 10 Sparks for every transaction
- 10 Sparks for every £1 spent
- 25 Sparks for every review post
- 50 Sparks for every time you shwop (clothes recycling)
The main benefit of having a Sparks card is to get tailor-made offers. At the moment they have 10% off all M&S food for all new sign ups. That offer will run for the next week or so, and can be redeemed as many times as you like during that time. After that offer has expired you'll be able to select new offers on the Sparks website.
Once you've earned 100 Sparks you unlock your second offer slot. When you hit 3,000 Sparks you get exclusive access to new season lines. Once you've earned 5,000 Sparks you get access to all sale items before they get released to the general public. Once you've earned 6,000 Sparks you get access to another offer slot.
At 14,000 Sparks you unlock access to exclusive events like wine tasting and cooking demonstrations. And then from 17,000 Sparks you unlock "experiences" such as Vineyard trips and all expense paid trips to major fashion events and things like that.
Every time you swipe your Sparks card, M&S also gives a penny of the transaction to a charity of your choice (out of a selection of 9 affiliated charities which you can choose from on the website).
The card is completely free, and you can view and manage all your offers on the M&S website or Sparks app.

Thanks everyone for the heads up on the Sparks card, M&S were helping people register in store today, but as i had my tablet and the queue was so long, I registered myself and immediately used the card. Although it says it can't be used on the Dine in for £10, it worked on the SS till, I also got some reduced yellow label items and the 10% discount was applied on them too. My 10% discount expires in 11 days. I collected 100 points which unlocked another offer for free roses when you buy champagne, I probably wont use that and I don't know if everyone will get the same 2nd offer but it may be helpful information to someone who has a special occasion to celebrate , Try to activate offers just before you want to use them as they have time limits, happy shopping
