Too expensive. Better off waiting for a couple of months, even weeks and buy it off ebay, either brand new or used, then buy a sim only deal from mobile.co.uk. Which will be cheaper but requires more money at the beginning.

I'm not sure you understand phone contracts at all. Apple 'allow' you to buy that phone retail, for £539 (not an inconsiderable amount I grant you). Any cost above that for your usage plan with the phone network provider of your choice. EE in this instance.

I really enjoyed using 5 and 5s but god no! Until they sort the uber-stupid piece of cr.p they call 'itunes' I will not touch another apple product.
after several attempts of trying and asking people, I do not know which way itunes copy files. From computer to the iphone? or the other way? does it delete? if you downloaded a new album to your phone and also deleted a few songsagain from the phone, what happens?
there is one song that I deeply regret downloading from itunes weekly free deals. To this date I probably deleted that song at least 50 times from my phone. And yet, it still finds its way to the phone again and again.
Not very good with IT but how difficult is it to enable 'drag and drop'. I think windows 3.1 had drag drop?...
delboye30 to timarli

Search for Air Transfer plus in the App Store, does exactly that, drag and drop files from your hard drive to your iPhone

The one reason why I just cannot use an iPhone no matter how much I want to. I've just grown so accustomed to independent file management on Android that I never even need to use a PC to transfer files across. I can either download what I need directly onto the phone and unzip it, whatever needs to be done. Or I can just use a USB OTG cable to transfer things over. Until iOS allows comprehensive downlands and file management on their devices, I'll be sticking with android.

It's horses for courses. I have the 16GB and it suits me fine. Got all the apps I want with room to spare. Everything else lives on my NAS at home and because I spend 99% of my time in a WiFi environment I can stream what I need, when I need it. However that's ME. Others spend a fair amount of time commuting or travelling and for them I can imagine it could be a nightmare. Just think about your lifestyle before buying (because what Apple charge for the extra memory is ridiculous!)

I had a very simple experience. Went online to the relevant unlocking form. Entered my details. Within 7 days I got a text. Put in alternative sim. Worked fine. A charge of £8.99 appeared on my bill the next month.
The only reason I can foresee you having had a problem is if you didn't meet the criteria, e.g. you hadn't paid previous bills on time and/or you hadn't had the contract operating for a minimum of 6 months. But, it does ask you to confirm that before you proceed with the unlocking request.

I assume you could still use the code for the 64GB model, granted it's £44.99 a month but still a reasonable deal for £40.99 upfront.
10GB of data a month instead of 5GB, which is pretty good actually.
Difference of £232.99 over the life of the contract.

Unlimited minutes/texts
5gb Data on EE
iPhone 6S Gold 64gb.
£36.99, but with £100 up front. £20 cash back from Quidco.
Thought it was fairly decent. We usually go for Buy Handset + SIMO Plan, but there don't appear to be nearly as many good SIMO deals as there used to be!
