You may not have noticed the N.Ireland part. We do not have any Waitrose in N.Ireland and I'd doubt anyone from the rest of the UK would travel over here to get the offer nor us over to the mainland! Waitrose I believe is also only for the Celebration Tubs, like some of the previous deals also in Tesco etc.
