Just called a shop in Hull (East Yorkshire), it was more at £12.49, and has not ever been £5.99 in their price histroy.
They're selling them because they're bobble heads for your car and sell extreamly well.

It was just an amusing generalisation, no offense to anyone intended, after all I am over 40 and have several Nintendo figures, Sony Sackboy figures and the wife even had Frankenweenie plushies.
