Right I need severe help!! Spent an hour trying this an got nowhere. So far created US Psn account so I've signed into that. Gone on the US Ps store and seen GTA for $40. Gone to purchase using credit/debit card but it won't go through, I found a fake address which worked but it wouldn't accept my card even though it's fully working. Do I need to purchase through Amazon or something or am I on the right track? Thanks for help.

You need UK PS+ for online, you just make the US account primary (as you can have up to 16) and it will work from your main profile. I have done this many times with ebay games i buy.
Its worth it when buying the annual sports games, as you can play them till the next one and you'll only lose about £7 trade in, but can buy games for like £12. Then just delete the profile and game, ready for the next years game

I thought all online play required PS+
I can't really think of a reason to buy on PS4 over PC apart from if you play with friends on PS4. I know you can get it for under £23 at the moment.

I got this off an ebay primary account for 12 when it was released, took a risk but worked out. UK online does work, same for fifa, nba, nhl etc

I managed to buy a USD 50 credit for AUD 51.76 back in November 14 (I moved from Sydney to London in April this year). So USD 40.19 translates to AUD 41.6 which based on today's exchange rate translates to GBP 19.64!
