All the products buying through Rakuten are they brand new? until they specify Refurb? Because I received some of the products unboxed (I mean factory unseal)

You can ask Expansys to change the mobile from electronics to home and garden category temporarily.
Then the code must work and the mobile will be sold out quickly.

i just tried the code for the xbox offer further below; the code apparantly doesn't work on electronics, its for home and garden only

This doesn't work as said above. The code will be accepted, but as soon as you try to finish the checkout you get the error posted earlier in the thread. Shame.

The code will only work on home and garden items. When you click "Place Order" you get this.......
