Ok-go easy on me here.
I went into GAP and they have a further reduction sale on. Jeans ( which I am informed are made at the same factory as Levis) at £49.50 down to £14.99 with lots of sizes which is a pretty good deal. Additionally they fit very well.
They also have spend a £100 on denim and get £30 off....This deal also applies to sale items. I bought around seven pairs of different jeans and a Cardigan marked down from £49.50 to £12.99 for a total price of around £75!!

What I also noticed when looking at the website and in store that the prices of some items were actually cheaper in store.

Sorry I'm being padentic now... Just because they maybe manufactured in one of the factories that Levis use doesn't make then any better (or worse). Conversely for the Levis jeans assembled in a factory that Gap also use. They will use different sizing, different materials, different cuts, different assembly techniques & probably even different machinists & equipment.

I find their sizing unreliable. The jeans are great if you can get a pair to fit though.

Gap are a shop who have surprisingly survived in the UK be recycling a twee idea of Americana for 20 odd years. Let's face it, can there be an easier job than a Gap fashion designer?. "OK next year how about denim , chinos, checked shirts and logo'd t-shirts ".

Are you sure they are not just selling the gap outlet stuff? If they are I would steer clear. Their jeans don't last much longer then cheap tat from a market.
Their proper stuff is good quality in my opinion.
