will never order from Zavvi again. PES turned up a week late, wouldn't trust them for a pre-order if you want it on time. Give it a search, they're awful for delivery. They post pre-orders 2nd class usually.

It came late because it was Zavvi no other reason, plenty of pre-order hard copies arriving before the digital release so stop using your sad view of the world to try and make it out there's an issue with physical media.

you need to copy the link from the product you want on amazon, go to bespoke offers.co.uk, sign up, then click Beat My price(at the top), and paste the amazon link in there. They will then get back to you, usually within 12 hours with a better price. If it doesn't come back at a price you want, try again.

People who buy digital are mugs plain and simple. Relying on faceless companies on not screwing you over lol. Even if they ban you by mistake they can still refuse to unban you and lock you out of your games. Its like giving your life savings to a complete stranger hoping they don't rob you. Physical media is the best thing about gaming. Once you lose pbysical you have literally no rights.

on topic i have ordered a guareenteed copy of Fallout 4 for PS4 from a very reliable retailer for 29 quid so i'm well chuffed. Also lol at people paying for full price on downloads with a price like that.
