Is the standard gtech priced at £199?. The k9 has metal components added for extra durability. I bouhgt the k9 for dog hair removal. It replaces a top notch, but aged Meile. It outperforms it easily and has renovated the living room carpet . Honestly. It picks up all the dog hairs - when I started using it it had to be emptied after every 2 minutes of use - it was collecting that much in dog hairs that said Meile left behind. Greeeeeat item. Buy one. Comes with 2 year warranty but in USA it comes with a 5 year one. Speaks volumes really.

Sorry to drift off topic OP. Have some HEAT though.
