I too barraged them on twitter and email. Only received 6 of 12. Does anyone know where I stand if one of the ones which didn't is now out of stock? They said they weren't getting anymore of that blu ray in stock ever. They issued a refund automatically but I told them afterwards I wanted a replacement instead of money back, obviously due to the price. Would have told them sooner but there was no consultation from them.

i still haven't had any luck with them - used online contact form and emailed - phone line is useless. they have just come back saying i need to wait to put complain in against delivery company - but they delivered 2 out of 3 discs so not a delivery problem!

I ordered 10 blu rays on 18th Oct 2015, I received 5 and still waiting for the rest, been 11 days now and I've tried contacting them through their website with no answer, so be careful the rest of you

Of my 2 both are "classics, " both are sealed, but only one has the code inside and says it's participating on the back (Alice in W) and the other has nothing (Robin hood).

Received all 8 of mine now 7 were new with O-rings and Snow White was the only one opened with no O-ring but I'll take that.

So are the codes officially not working on this deal anymore or do u have to enter them in a certain way? it puts the price back up when I add them.

I had 4 in one package today which was a whole order and 2 in the previous order for 4 so still waiting on the other half of that one. I'm waiting on Dumbo and Pinocchio.

I got part orders 2 out of 3 discs - do they only send two discs in a packet at a time or maybe I am missing part of my orders?

Just received another 4 of mine all of which were brand new with O rings. They were Hercules, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Peter Pan and Robin Hood. Only Peter Pan and Hunchback had DMR which I'm guessing is because on all the other cases it shows Disney Classics on the front of the main case (not the O ring) which wasn't on those. So the newer versions have not had them added for some reason. Same when I bought Big Hero 6 it doesn't have any. I'm guessing they will discontinue it soon.

Yeah I've received 2 out of 8 ordered and those were Snow White (not sealed but pristine disc) and Pocahontas (O ring and sealed new) just waiting on the rest. Obviously no DMR in Snow White.

A few came today, Snow White wasn't sealed and has marks on disk so will be sending that back. Others was sealed.

just to let you no I've just received all 5 bluray's I ordered, and all are brand new sealed with o rings, Brave, Aladdin, Princess & frog, Hercules, Hunchback. very happy! thinking of buying more that wasn't available at the time.

The ones that weren't in stock are now in stock and vice versa for all those who still want The Little Mermaid, Lion King, Maleficent, Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast and Frozen! I have now purchased all of them apart from Hunchback, Hercules and Robin Hood!

Pretty sure Big Hero 6 doesn't come with a code, my one from around release time didn't anyway!

Unless you intend on redeeming the rewards straight away hold off adding them to your account, they now expire 6 months after they've been added. Spent a fortune on disney videos, dvd's and now blu-ray's and I had to use 1500 points before the end of October :disappointed:

The HMV5 over £50 code stacking works , just got 6 blurays for £28. Assuming Quidco tracks that's another £1.82 off the price. Works out at £4.37 a bluray.
