Although the 97% pork sausages may sound amazing due to the meat content, the taste and texture isn't that good.

Debbie and Andrew are no longer involved with this brand. IIRC they produce Heck sausages now. Good price but last time we tried the Harrogates we found the skin to be very tough (though the sausage itself was tasty enough).

yeah we dont like thick skinned sausages much, can you (or anyone) recommend a decent sausage with a thin skin (oven or grill)

Does anyone know if these are ok for the fodmap diet? My Doctor put me on it a month ago and I would love some sausages for bonfire night?x

Well the fodmap diet says you should avoid sausages and processed meats but I think that's because of the stuff they usually add.
Looking at the ingredients, if it was me, I'd give them a shot.
