You need to use code IN0722007 to get it for £2.64. The link isn't working properly. http://cpc.farnell.com/duratool/d03046/digital-multimeter-with-ac-dc/dp/IN0722007
Everyone who owns electronics should have one of these, they make it so much easier when you call your techy friend to fix something and you can tell him if the power supply is actually giving the correct voltage, for example!
Usually these are around £4-8 so worth it as a spare or only one.

Mine came today.
Except it didn't. They sent me some kind of magnetic pick up tool.
This is after they sent my last order to the wrong place.
I don't think there's a more ineffective outfit in existence.

I would honestly steer away from this multimeter. Miles away from it. It's of practically no use and I can bet the safety aspects are minimal to non-existent. If you're planning to put this anywhere near a mains voltage, then ask yourself - do you value your life?
Please - don't buy this and spend a few quid more.
Plenty of uses for a multimeter like this other than mains testing. A great electronics hobbyist device.

ROFL......spending a few quid more won't make any difference.
If it fails... bin it ....and ignore the scaremongering !

Ordered, thanks. My last one died or should I say the test leads did so an ideal replacement.

Not that it costs much to replace the whole thing, but you can get replacement leads from Ebay or BuyinCoins for 99p or less. They ship from the Far East, but hey, you'll have a functioning spare multimeter!

Voted hot! Bought one myself. Easily the cheapest multimeter around. For as long as their free shipping lasts...

cheap but as I mentioned in other threads no audible continuity if that doesn't make any sense to you then probably not a problem but also no auto-poweroff to someone like me who always forgets to turn off can be a problem.....

code not working for me "IN0722007 The voucher code entered cannot be used against this order."

It's not a voucher code, it's the item code  This allows you to measure things like the voltage in a circuit or the resistance of an electrical component. It is very useful for troubleshooting electronics. Even at the most beginner level it's a good battery tester.
