It's not the easiest site to navigate. Had the same problem for a few minutes. Other problem was that it's awkward with paypal and credit card details. Registered with card details but had to re-enter them to buy the product ? Could just be an issue with ie/cookies but still hard work. I play quite often still when I am bored. It still has active servers and only bumped into a couple of hackers.
Worth a go at this price.

Its not a physical retail copy, just instant download Steam Key, same as all the rest, just copy and paste and redeem in Steam.
You wouldn't activate it any other way, even if it was disc based after the install you still need Steam client to activate your copy after installing, normally found inside the case.

And On Ghosts, the servers are almost empty.
No hackers when i last played it.
