Strictly it is just one voucher per deal per person per visit. If you have printed two vouchers for the same deal and you encounter a problem with the person serving you just give it to your spouse/partner and let them order it themselves.

OP didn't do anything wrong. That's down to the preferences in the browser you are using. In firefox Options-->Applications--> search for PDF and change the option from save file to ask first. Wouldn't know for other browsers as I don't use them.

I can open the app anytime home or when im in there, its just the actual vouchers, I click them and it says "please wait" but then nothing, but yeah everytime im in there they give me the deal anyway(I think its because I'm a regular!)

This seems unlikely.
Food grade horsemeat would be more expensive that the "meat" used for burgers etc. All the bits of the animal that you would not want to discuss with your Mom or your Daughter, minced and compressed into succulent, you know you want it, grease briquettes.(Allegedly)
On the other hand making such an accusation probably constitutes breaking some law in the land of Thatcher-ism mk 2.02, I should imagine.

Yes, M54 Junction 4. They refused the vouchers because they are a franchise; when I said I thought that nearly all Burger King's were franchises, the manager just looked confused and repeated that they didn't take the vouchers - we refuse go there at all now. Their loss is Maccy D's gain I guess!

Good as the app is terrible since a month or so ago. I don't go often, but always tried to use the app. Since they tried to make it fancy, the login barely remembers me and the vouchers never load! Seems to be a common issue looking at the comments on app store.

Far better than the app. The app has a habit of offering all sorts of deals before you set out from home but when you check again while you're waiting in the queue it'll say sorry but there aren't any deals available!
I'm sure the app detects when you're actually there and i don't understand why they can't just let you "load" the deal and use it within the day instead of such a short countdown period.

with the APP they usually ask for the code so you need to click on the app which registers the use. worth trying just showing em the deal on tjecphone without clicking....that way you can reuse....the BK staff are used to the APP being temperamental so have a list of the codes near the till for such occasions !
