Also used Quidco & signed up to loyalty programme (it's free) spent £57 - got 570 loyalty points = £5 voucher + about £5 cashback due from quidco plus silver coin to add to my quidco rewards. £5 voucher will be spent on hemp hand cream in store - using discount code again. It's a wonder they've not gone bust, yet! Sorry abut the long post - I'm new to HOTUKD - virgin post!

I ordered 16 Item Tuesday only 7 have been dispatched this afternoon! Called customer service as the items that were not dispatched that I ordered were still showing as in stock for them to say yes when your order was packed and sent this afternoon they were out of stock but now only 30 mins after dispatch email they are back in stock please reorder them :confused: Not a happy bunny! I understand that things go in and out of stock but that is just ridonculous (Yes a typo was on purpose just because I felt like it ) :confused:

I got this very deal last year and all my stuff arrived.. Only shops so far that don't deliver a deal I find is Tescos they're a nightmare they shud state out of stock when our money disappears for weeks just like mine did .. Body shop have never failed me yet with any code once you pay then it's in the bag

Yep, had my dispatch notice today, no tracking until after 7pm though. Also when checking out through paypal it decided to deliver to my old address without asking. Customer services were useless about resolving this so I probably wont get my products anyway. But at least it was dispatched in less than 48 hours :/

For anyone that is missing the gift sets, the stores are stuffed full of them and are getting deliveries daily. The 40% off code works in store as well, and not just on sale items!

​No its definitely 70% if the 2 discounts work. If you spend £100 50% off would make it £50, then 40% off that (£20) would make it £30 in the end ie 70% off.

Just paid using Pay Pal and I'm having problems with the order. It says there was insufficient funds, which sent me into a mini panic that the bank account had been emptied. It hasn't. I also had free delivery for order being over £10. Not sure whether to try again or not as the money is showing up on pay pal account.

Phew...finally worked! I think it was because something i had in my basket had gone out of stock.

My order was for £17 and I paid using PayPal. Don't know why but it also gave me free delivery for spending over £10. Think I got lucky!

Im not sure if Im doing something wrong but only one out of seven items I have in my basket that is in the sale actually has 50% off! (I know it says 'up to'!) but then Im not getting any extra 40% off either.
Is it 40% off the sale items that already have 50% off or is it just 50% off for sale items and 40% off all other non sale items?
the code when applied just says SALE UP TO 50% OFF + 40% OFF

Tried to use the £25 of a £50 spend but wont apply it and cant remove or add any other promo codes. Ive seen that many of items that where in the sale have now been removed and gone back to their original price, i was looking at the White Musk range.
