Belvedere vodka reduced to clear in Tesco from £36 TO £18. Apparently according to Google better vodka than Grey Goose. Unsure if this is in certain tesco only but looks a good deal.

I've been hunting for either a Belvedere or Grey Goose deal for sis - no luck yet but the Lidl triple distilled vodka gets the thumbs up from her.
Premium vodka vs standard vodka. Same could be said about Cadburys chocolate vs tesco value chocolate

Although these bottles are allegedly "reduced to clear" still available in some Tesco stores.
Bargain.

Obviously more vodka drinkers than whiskey drinkers on here. My local Tesco have Dalwhinnie Distiller's Edition at £27.50 rather than £55, so a bigger saving, yet less heat. I don't get how this place works.

Smoothest vodka you can generally get from the supermarket. Brilliant with a wedge of lime and a couple of ice cubes. Great deal if you can find it.

It is not made by polish company anymore, but taste should be close to original. Best truly polish vodka is Chopin.

Apparently according to that food programme on channel 4 people can't tell the difference between the cheap shot and the expensive stuff.

Is this only on the 007 Editions as my local Tesco is still £36 on the normal bottles?

Picked up a couple of bottles here in Belfast.
Mine were the "007 Bond Edition" versions.
Thanks for the heads up Shamish.

Bought belvedere once cheap, it was the bloody Mary version and was rather impressive. Would not pay 30+, don't generally drink vodka but this was good.

No bother. Sure there's a market in it for some people. Not my thing I'd rather spend the £18 on a bottle of whisky.

Ok if this floats your boat then fine, incidentally I wasn't knocking the deal just wondered what's the attraction - cheers anyway

Nope I buy what I like. People however buy this vodka and regularly spend £30+ this being half the usual rrp imo is a bargain.

Also, the rumours about Kirkland's (Costco-brand) Premium being Grey Goose are apparently untrue but it gets great reviews. http://rebelbartender.com/2011/07/14/review-kirkland-signature-vodka-or-is-it-or-is-it-not-grey-goose/
