The P7000 battery is changed in seconds without a toolkit - that's what I'd really call removable.
Just in case anyone is interested, I've had my P7000 from the June launch, there's been a recent OTA which has restored the 3450 mah battery life back to 2 days, an earlier update had reduced it to one day for me. I'm still loving the phone, only gripe is the camera's centre pink tinge on some photos. But for the $149 presale price it was still a huge bargain.

I had similar issues. They offered me a 50% refund for a lost phone - when Yodel are involved it always gets dicey. I just raised a charge back via my credit card company. I got a full refund but it took a while. Gearbest fobbed me off for ages - shocking customer service.
I went for a £210 G Flex 2 as an alternative. Not as cheap but way less hassle - a Euro warranty as well.

Can I trust Gearbest guys? Because I'm from Belgium and when I want to buy this phone It's from the China Warehouse so my question is will it work here in Belgium? Because I have read some people had problems with google play store not working.

China firmware. Plenty of bloat to float your boat.
Was looking at it, but going to stick with my note 3 with zerolemon 10000mah battery.
Just got it rooted now waiting for note 5 rom.... Should do for another couple of years....

I presume you have to root to put the note 5 rom on, any links on how to do this please?

I bought this in China a little cheaper 6 months ago. A great buy replacing a Nexus 4 (with appalling battery life)., it supports 2 sims, so you are carrying two phones. Camera not as bad as folk say, have a look on forums to see. The battery easily lasts two days. It also charges really quickly.

All goods outside of EU are imported into EU after full whack of taxes and customs excise and EU levies paid. Therefore there is no need to charge you again in the EU. after you would have paid full whack in the EU price.

try the mi4c 808 processor dual sim 5'' screen 3gb ram 32 GB memory sure its about £190 and you can get the international miui rom from xiaomis website, I believe doing that would remove the spyware
Similar price to the Moto 4G, how does it compare?

Phone is good for the price but the problem is its from China.
If anything goes wrong then you have to ship it back...
Plus gearbest customer service is awful....ive had to raise a dispute through paypal to get my money back
I would warn against buying from them, but thats just my experience

I bought a Redmi2 phone from Gearbest recently. It's ok but you should know that it comes with huge amounts of intrusive bloatware. I have read that this phone is the same.
You will need to root the phone and uninstall the spyware apps, which is not straightforward, as it's not at all clear what programs contain what.

the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 has a lot of fans
can be had for a smidge over 100, which looks like good value considering all the positive reviews from websites and real world users alike :-)

disappointed to read that the camera is supposed to be pretty awful
and battery life & screen apparently aren't great either
Opening post
Anyways I though this was a good price for this phone considering the previous deals on this phone have been over 150£.
Just Keep in mind that the 4G will only work on three and EE and apparently the battery is just okay.
