Thanks, that's the cheapest I've seen this game. I wasn't interested in it originally, but I started collecting the amiibo cards and now wanted to be able to use them for something.

Am I right in thinking the original 3DS/XLs don't have a built in nfc reader for the cards?

You need to buy a seperate NFC reader. or you can just buy the game + NFC bundle.
