These are great for a simple lunch at work (if work has a microwave) I just stir in a tin of tuna to bulk it up a bit.

To keep you happy.
At Waitrose, Sainsburys and Asda it's £1 (or @ Asda 2 for £2, genius marketing!), at Morrisons it's £1.58 or 2 for £2.50, at Ocado it's £1.59 or 3 for £4, at Tescos it's £1.59.
Is it allowed to be hot now you know it's sold in Saisbugs and Asda at the same price?

That's the **** all manufacturers do to claim that they have less sugar, salt .etc. per serving. A Frijj milkshake claims it's not 1 serving, it's clearly sold as one serving!
75g of uncooked rice becomes ~150g of cooked rice. That's a minimum portion for one person. Tilda are claiming that 125g is a portion, and that's including the weight of other things like the egg and peas!

Definitely can't serve 2, doesn't it even claim that on the packet, or it never used to.

It most definately does, right next to the calorie content etc. Had some 30mins ago.

Carrying stuff to your car if asked and a free coffee is spin? I thought it was fact. Silly me.

25 Oct 151#9
I don't think i'm silly enough to fall for that spin, if I wanted upmarket shopping experience I'd go to the food halls at Harrods or Whole Foods, not a mass customer supermarket where low earning middle classers think they socially sophisticated because they buy cheap prosecco and over pay for stuff.

These are £1 factory price marked as standard in corner shops. Not a good deal to be honest

Which corner shop? Can't remember the last time I been in or saw these in any corner shop.
Edit: now i remember. Its those corner shops that have 1-2 weeks left on the use by date?

But you are buying it in Waitrose, ask a Waitrose employee to carry it to your car and they will do, while you can get a free proper coffee on your way out. Try that in a corner shop

These are very nice but don't serve 2

I personally think 1 full pack is too much for 1 person. 2/3rds of a pack would have been perfect portion.

How can it be standard if its on sale? Its always above £1 in the other main supermarkwts also, unless theres a deal on.
