It's the usual price for it, however I believe this is the tastiest orange juice there is even beating much more expensive ones and probably the cheapest as well , Make sure to get with Bits not the smooth style as it's nowhere as good, It's in the fridge section.

Got this on my desk right now. It's delicious. As good as if not better than Tropicana.
Yes it is from concentrate. It also counts as 1 of 5 a day per portion.

It isn't a deal though if it is the normal price. All stores do a ltr of orange juice from concentrate for around the same price.

Nothing beats M&S fresh squeezed orange. If you care about tasting actual oranges then that's the only way to go short of squeezing your own.
If you did real research, you'd understand that there's no difference between natural and refined sugars. They are the same thing because sugar is sugar whether in a banana or a mars bar.

I believe the burden of proof is on the original poster who made the claim.
It's basic biochemistry. A banana contains sugar specifically glucose, fructose and sucrose, sucrose being a molecule of glucose and fructose joined together. Added sugar such as that in a coke or Mars bar is the same as the stuff you add to coffee or tea, sucrose, i.e. table sugar. Honey is a natural sweetener but again consists of a mixture of the same sugars, sucrose, fructose and glucose. Milk contains lactose which is a molecule of glucose attached to galactose.
To suggest that a refined sugar is a problem whilst natural sugar isn't really a problem , doesn't make sense. Your body treats all sugars the same and breaks them down quite easily into the same simple sugars or monosaccharides such as glucose.
Here's an article with a link to the study showing that honey and the infamous HFCS are practically identical in terms of health benefits. It was unfortunately funded by the honey industry.
This does not stop labels appearing on products such as "Contains no refined sugars" or "Natural sugars only" as companies seem to take advantage of this confusion.
You can consume sugar no matter what form it is just do so in moderation like with anything so you can enjoy a glass of fruit juice or a smoothie.

Well I finally got around to trying this. It seems much the same as any other orange juice to me, no better, no worse.
