Actually I'm not sure as I felt a little out of place since I was wearing very casual trackie top and unshaven whilst everyone else was dressed very chic, so I didn't actually smell the fragrance, although they didn't treat me any different for looking a little chav lol

I ordered a travel giftset which cost only £16 in the end. I went to pick it up in the store in Regent Street and walked into their invite only release party for their new Tobacco scent. I was told to make sure I had something to drink (i.e Champagne) and some food (strangely, salad in tiny cups) - which I didn't care for. Nice surprise!

I'm sorry you had no luck with C&C around London. I must have been extremely lucky to find the EC2 store taking deliveries - I had been looking for a week. I actually picked up my delivery yesterday so they should have room for one more package already!

I think they're going to be a victim of their own success at this rate, I'm so sorry you can't get C&C and hope you do manage it before the offer expires.

Yes I agree it is expensive but it is worth it, it is a little luxury, an indulgence which I wouldn't normally buy for myself at full price so I got my husband to get it for me on this offer for Christmas. As it is very good product and this price is a fantastic deal many people are also buying it as a Christmas present for their loved ones, I know I'd rather have this than Tesco value bubblebath. Too good a deal to miss for those who like Molton Brown although I understand many find it overpriced. I went for click & collect although only 2 stores in London still accepting this as they are overloaded at the moment. In the end I picked their Richmond Store so I have an hours train journey there and back from work! Was not offered free P&P. The T&C does say 'or in conjunction with any discount promotions' so if you use the £15 off code perhaps you do not get the free P&P as well?

Yes per teacher please. I can never find anything to buy someone for less than a £10 (even a bottle of wine is this) so don't think £15-20 (and factor in things are basically half price at MB at the moment) is too much? The £30 is for form teacher. Maybe I am spending too much - never thought about about this before really.

Of course I have not tried it, the cheapest is £18 + delivery (before today). Who in their right mind spends £18 on body wash just for it to get washed off as soon as you have rubbed it on?

Perfumes and fragrances are used for a reason, to smell nice and I will always spend money to smell nice. But to just wash it back off again at this price I can smell nice after a bath or shower by spending less than a fiver on a nice body wash thank you. :smiley:

One of them even states gold leaf....WTF? What has that got to do with getting washed? I can understand using silver for its antibacterial properties but gold leaf? Why? May as well stick a gold label on the bottle and throw it in the bin when finished!
