I bought these 3 days ago, and they arrived today (Sat 17/10/15). The sock cardboard labels state "55% cotton, 43% polyester, 2% elastane". Also labelled 'Thermal Socks'. In reality, I would say they are too thin to be called thermal, but they appear to be serviceable as a daily, basic sock. Haven't washed any yet, but I would suggest a low temp wash. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed . . . . . But 12 pairs of basic, cotton rich socks for £6.19 delivered, one can't quibble with that.

I bought these for the male relations a year ago for christmas. You do several socks for the money, but the quality is terrible. They go out of shape very quickly, and lose their thickness and warmth. You end up throwing them away after a few washes. I would personally avoid.

Hate socks like this....Size 6-11? I can guarantee (as I'm a diddy 6.5!) that these will not "fit" me! Not unless having the heel halfway up yer leg counts as "fitting"! I can imagine that those who wear size eleven may find them a little tight.

you should try the women's sizes.. same socks.. but usually 3-8size. so should be a much better fit
