ended up biting! i had an amazon gift card worth £20 so added that to my amazon account and checked out using the amazon payment option but doesnt appear to have used that 20 seems to have all came off my bank account.

Are gift card's compatible with discount codes? May be the reason, though I'd suspect they should be ok as a gift card is effectively funds already accounted for.

mines has just packed in.
plug it into usb port light goes on but quiet beeping noise for like 30 seconds and pc fails to recognise. not latop port or cable as works fine with my other hard drive.
around 400gb of movies tv shows down the drain.
anyone know if there is a warranty with products such as these. it was purchased aug 2015 so not even a year old.
it wasnt dropped or anything so no idea what has cuased this

As far as I know, any USB3 drive over 256Gb will work fine (desktop or portable). Hope that helps :smiley:

The Savoo5 code worked after 2 attempts. Brilliant price and is compatible with a Wii apparently. Superb deal and I think Samsung drives are better than Toshiba (the Tesco £37.50 deal as mentioned in this deal). HOT!!!.
