Any idea where I can get parts. A little plastic bit has broken off by the blades so now wont work.

Does it have an interlock preventing the motor starting unless it's closed up properly? If so, you might have to twist it a bit harder.

Thank you Pibpob for your answer but it turns out that the problem didn't come from the machine at all. My ever-so-helpful boyfriend decided to removed the small piece with the screw... (thinking it was packaging ! )
It works much better now that it's back in place !

Mine doesn't work ... Have I done something wrong ?
I followed the instructions (apart from the adding the ingredients part) but nothing works ...
Any suggestions ??
Thanks

Picked one up today. Nice and compact, the bottles are only small though so will not fit a great deal in per serving.
It also states do not put in hard stuff like nuts and seeds etc, also only put ice in if you have liquid in also. So, do not expect a great deal from this but should be good enough to quickly blitz fruit.
Not powered mine up yet but will do later on.

Power in is not the same as power out and for many other reasons doesn't tell you how well it will work. The reliance on a single number because "bigger must be better" has lead to the ridiculous increase in power consumption of vacuum cleaners resulting in the EC having to step in to protect the public from their own stupidity.

I use it daily, it has a hard time with some frozen fruit, oats and nuts. I'm still keeping an eye out for something more powerful. In the mean time it's very convenient

And in my opinion doesn't have enough power for some jobs

Great price, but (conjecture I know...although at one time we did have a smoothie maker and found this ourselves) most people who have owned smoothie makers already say just get a blender, more versatile and you don't have a spout that gets clogged and are difficult to clean.

180 watts is good for soft fruit but it may struggle with harder fruit

Any idea what power this is? 300w? Doesn't seem to be mentioned on the website.
Thanks

Excellent price. Lidl kitchen equipment is usually pretty good.
