If I pick one of these up from Currys, will it fit in the boot of my 626bhp Bentley Continental GT?

You're a bright one aren't you. Put your telly one the bracket leaving space to put your other bits of tech on the stand/shelfs.

Hey everyone, he's got a big tv if you hadn't noticed his original shout for attention! He even put the model number on his post so we all know how cool he is!

Looks ideal for my requirements since I have a 40" on a normal stand in the bedroom, which being fairly low doesn't make for the most comfortable viewing from bed - Yes pure gluttonous indulgence I know

Of course you can. The KDL-55W955 is such an awful TV picture-wise it'd be doing you a favour if it fell off and broke - then you could buy a better one.

I've got a 3 tier black glass stand but without cable management and bracket, wish I had seen this! The shelves area nightmare to keep dust free as they show up every single speck

I think if you have a larger LED TV you should be okay because they are much lighter than their plasma counterpart for example!

Ive had one for around 18 months i bought mine for about £80 off Amazon and i love it you have 3 shelves to fill with equipment which is what i needed. Someone asked if their 55 inch would be ok on it, i would say no i have a 55 inch TV and got one designed for a 55 the reason you shouldn't get this is its a balance issue and although a LED is much lighter than a LCD a 55 inch will be wider and taller. You could try it but do you really want to risk your TV to save £30 on a stand that is designed for a smaller set.
Picked up today, was quite therapeutic putting it together, I weirdly enjoy flat pack stuff haha. Cheers OP Just the ticket!!

I like the look of this but have a question. Does the stand rotate left and right, as it does depend where you are sitting in my house as to where the TV points. Straight on fixed would be a no-no for me.

No you essentially get two 'hook' brackets with tonnes of different size thread bolts which use 2 of the 4 bolt hole mounts your tv should have.
I'm really happy with it

Anyone manage to mount there 55" LCD/LED on this TV Stand?
I have a 50" W829, and I'm looking to up size to a 55" and was wondering, I wouldn't want to spend on another TV Stand.

I've got a 60" on it so it should be fine!

Perfect, thanks, in that case I think what they meant in the spec sheet was 50" or 50kg.
I'll be keeping my eyes pealed for a 55/60" in the coming months.
