1. Get an O2 SIM (if you have one - great! If not, get a PAYG one, but you may need to top it up with a minimum of £10)
2. Insert SIM into (any) phone and download the O2 Priority Moments app
3. Open the app, and you will be prompted to enter an O2 phone number
4. A text with the activation code will be sent to that number. Enter this code in O2 Priority Moments app
5. Done! Keep the SIM just in case you get a new phone or restore your current one

Yeah and ironically only 1 on O2. Ordered the free O2 sims, put them in phones to activate Priority and then put the ones I actually use on EE, Three and Tmobile in.

It will probably be generic code like WH Smith which never changes week by week so you can get unlimited ones by going to different branches, or using self scan where available.

Don't forget you'll get 4p of advantage card points and 30p off meal deal vouchers (till spits/Boots app) may combine with it. Best drink is Naked smoothie, 450ml of quality smoothie, 4 of 5 a day in bottle.

can you get a free sim from o2 these days... i did when i got o2 rewards on my phone but looking into it now for my hub's and can only see sims you need to top up with £10..?

This is excellent news. Boots probably has the largest selection of items for meal deal out of the whole bunch. You can get literally any drink on there (go for those Smoothies!), a salad bowl/wrap and a yogurt pot which flat out beats the Uppercrust rubbery baguettes, bland WHSmith Sandwiches, unsatisfying Ritazzo sandwiches and not sure about Pumpkin/Dominos (none around where I work).

Not complaining, but Boots is really top of the lot of here. :smile:

Make sure to have a good search for the naked smoothies which are usually £2.50. So, so worth it just for that.

Oh and get the expensive yoghurts too and triple sandwiches. As people say, if you do it right can easily be lunch and early dinner. Great deal

They don't just so sandwiches. There's a nice sushi salad. Not a fan of Boots as I worked at head office for a year and basically lived on their meal deals as the little on-site Boots was all there was except for a grubby overpriced canteen. If I never see a Boots meal deal again it'll be too soon (although for £1 it's mildly tempting to go and get it, keep the smoothie and gve the sandwich to a tramp)

Always get a Naked Smoothie as most shops sell these at £3 a pop! So feel like rest of lunch is free! I like to see the original price total £8 then drop to £3.29 ***MEAL DEAL*** (then to £3.00 30p off) so always aim high!

(that's assuming there are no limitations in o2 terms and it is the actual meal deal!)

Best deal, yes - but 30p? There are limits!

Don't forget to make the most of your snack as well, unless they've changed it recently you can have any snack upto £1.39 meaning you can get a bag of Haribo or Maltesers or something.

You can't use the 30p voucher that comes with your receipt from previous purchases however if you have an advantage card than you can download the boots app and use the 30p off voucher in the boots app to bring it down to 70p (I work for boots and we were told about this deal & the terms and conditions on Friday morning)

I don't know about the code because I am not using it. But if you have already got the code exposed means you have used the button use it now. This should only be pressed at the time you are ready to pay for it.
I hope you got to the till past the long Queue everyone is experiencing in the 5min you have to use the code.....

Can't just take a screenshot as there is a moving graphic behind the code so the member of staff knows it's still valid. Also there is a 5 minute limit to use the code and a countdown timer is displayed in the bottom left of the screen.

You can't use it on the self scan tills - tried it today and they sent me to one of the manned tills.

On till December apparently and works/allowed with staff discount! Works out at 26p!

Mine waa showing as 3 mins left when i clicked it however i was at the till and luckily they accepted it , it is still showing as 3 mins now with the graphic moving in the background some 15 mins later.

When I got mine they had a barcode on a slip of paper that they scanned which made the meal £1!

I ordered a free sim, activated it, downloaded the app, got the code etc and got it working. I've now put my old sim back in my phone, do the deals still update, because according the Money Saving Expert site you need to put the o2 sim back in in order to view the new deals?

In pretty much every WH smith or Boots, you lose reception by the time you get to the till.

I paid 70p today and used my advantage card.

Well, you don't have to. But recently they ask me to enter my number and put the code from time to time. So today I had two phones but couldn't use one as there was no SIM card to receive the code but the other was fine.

Thanks, I asked again today and was told I could use a paper voucher (which I though I had read wasn't allowed), but couldn't use my points to pay for it.

Just a heads up to those who also have an upper crust nearby - apparently all sandwich type things are now included. I'm having a lovely sweet potato falafel wrap today.

I actually went one step further than last week and got a boots, an upper crust and a café ritazza so have my lunches sorted until Wednesday :smile:

The offers at each shop are separate so there is nothing stopping you from going into wh smiths, then boots, then upper crust etc etc. The only limitation is which stores you have near you and the expiration date on the food

I just so happened to be in town this lunch time and got my £1 Boots meal deal. I was checking my app to see if was available as some weeks it was not showing but it was today. Maybe I was lucky. Strange!
