The problem is with the Leicester one it's in Leicester.
Loads of rude Somalian women and chavs.
You have to go down stairs to get your food in kind of a basement.
Food is like a bog standard take away. Not amazing but not bad.
For £15 it's ok. Wouldn't go to the Leicester one again.

We visited the Manchester one on a Monday evening. Its food hygiene rating is a 5 but there was a distinctly funky smell towards the back of the restaurant and in the ladies toilets. The food was quite a disappointment compared to a previous visit for a work do. Half the serving stations were closed and most of the dishes were chicken or vegetables. I distinctly remember having lamb keema on a previous visit! I don't know if it was because we had vouchers, but the staff never bothered to check up on us after seating us, and despite the restaurant being almost empty we had to go to the bar to get drinks because the staff were standing around chatting and actively ignoring our attempts to get their attention.
Pretty much guaranteed we won't be back.

Not bad nosh at all but I found the staff at Leeds to be so rude that I haven't been back since. Me and a load of others had a table booked till 9pm and as it got to around 8.45 the gaffer started hanging around and telling us that we had to leave soon as the next sitting was due to arrive. No tip for them and an earful from me.

They have a similar rule in Cosmo, where they impose a time limit of say 2 hrs (so presumably you can't eat as much then, which defeats the point of a buffet).

tried the Glasgow one in sauchiehall st....awfull place.....
Food isn't bad at the Nottingham one but take a good look at your bill because they get the drinks wrong and charge you for one you haven't had. If they do get ready for an argument because they don't back down.

I've heard several friends tell me that the Red Hot buffet in Cardiff is awful and vow never to again. Apparently the food is horrible and pretty much a bunch of different curries.
Don't visit the one at Liverpool one! 0 out of 5 for hygiene

I enjoy a buffet occasionally. Something about eating a large volume of food that pleases me. £7.50 a head and while I didn't think the food was anything special, some of it was ok (as okay as eating a McDonald's meal which might cost £6) and I didn't get food poisoning. When I'm in the mood for fancier fair. I normally pay for it.
The service was friendly on my visit, although I could tell they were busy.

I certainly won't be eating there again. But then again this is what most buffet places are like.
