Totally agree. It's a shame most women seem to be clueless in the kitchen these days

Have you thought perhaps women are only clueless when they want their lazy partners to get off their backside and do something?

You'll get fluff off any terry type cotton until you've washed them a couple of times.

Studio hounded me for months when I ordered then cancelled an item. It was never delivered but they chased me for the 'debt' for ages, customer service were shocking and basically admitted it happens all the time. I couldn't advise you to avoid this company any stronger!

couldn't agree more. Sent me out a faulty item (which i had paid for), then I returned it and they sent me out a replacement. They then started saying they never received the faulty item back, and started charging me for it. Weeks later I thought I had sorted it out, until I went to buy a TV on finance and realised they reported that I never paid for the item! I closed the account and would never deal with them again.

This title is misleading. Postage is £4.99 so the total is £7.48.
Please add the postage cost to the price of towels.
Not everybody will spend £20 to get the towels at £2.49.
The website does not tell you the delivery cost until you go through the create account option and to the very end. Wasted my time on this.

Postage varies depending what you buy. Buy £20 worth and it's free with the code, don't buy £20 worth and it's not. I made the assumption most people would understand this and look around to get a £20 order. There's thousands of things on there, many on clearance too. When I was told about the price and the code I assumed I'd get best value if I spent £20 or more, scanned around and found stuff worth buying to make the order up.

I'm sure there are many happy customers otherwise they'd not still be in business after all these years? Like any company there will be those who have problems. Thanks for sharing but I doubt your experience is representative of the majority of customers.

Looks like you don't know what you are talking about. Not sure what 'Poudland" is and I'm not sure what makes a tea towel look "suspicious" but if you are that concerned maybe ring 101 and get the police to check them out?
