Was very strange as one of my local Clintons had 75% off their Christmas Candles and had lots of stock but when I went back a few days later it was back to full price! Wasn't marked as 75% off when I first went but just came up at till reduced. I asked why and lady said the 'deal had ended!'

Anybody around the york area. Clintons on monks cross has lots left. large,medium and small jars plus samplers etc. large jars £4.99 , medium jars £4.25 and small jars £2. bought 8 large jars . said stores had refreshed this week

No jars, votives, tealights or anything Yankee/Christmas related at either of the stores in Hanley town centre

Lots left in putney store when I went yesterday. Got tealights, votives, small jars, medium jars, large jars, advent. calendars and other gift sets all 75%!

Plenty left at Clinton's Barking in Essex branch. bought some an hour ago, four Christmas fragrances and some gift sets, 75 per cent off, would not sell 3 for 2

50% off in Stevenage but they only had about 3 large left which were Christmas memories which didn't smell too good IMO and Christmas Eve violets which smelt lovely! The cards were still 50% off and some Christmas stock 50% and some Christmas decorations at 75% off and I managed to get some Xmas decs for 10P but they had the year 2013 on

It did exist, and the store (leatherhead) does have 3 for 2 on everything in store even sale items. However, the store no longer has sale price Yankee Candles so effectively the deal is dead unless other stores have the 3 for 2 offer and sale stock.
This isn't a criticism just a fact when I checked in the store today.

I checked the store in Manchester Arndale - nothing on offer that I could see but they had just finished reorganizing the shelves with some new Yankee scents (the young shop assistant was getting a hard time from his manager about putting the colors in the wrong order! :stuck_out_tongue:)

got some snowflake cookie jars from Birmingham. ..A steal!!

Fareham still had tea lights this morning at £1.68 a box. On stand showing 50% off but I checked the price. Also basket of votives.

How can I store them till next Xmas to give as prezzies, so they keep there smell xx

I know they used to smell GREAT but they don't now.

Yankee Candles docu was on TV recently. They stated they've changed their candle "recipe" as the company are in financial hardship ie they're going Bust, and need to claw back funds.

Candle wax and colouring is very cheap, its just pennies, to make candles, its the quality of the scent/essential oil that's expensive, OR CHEAP.

That's why they smell so meh now, Yankee use a cheaper Scent, and at £3 each for a large one in this deal they're still making a massive mark-up profit on a product which has become, in my opinion inferior.

Hence I don't think its a bargain myself.

None in Clintons in Taunton went in at 10.30 on Boxing Day and there were hardly any left by this weekend all the Christmas candles had gone. Really wanted Christmas Snowflake Cookie but the lady in the shop said that they all sold in the first hour of opening. Had no luck in finding one reduced online either.

I know Asda was selling the Xmas ones for £6 as I bagged myself a couple.

Probably been left with loads of stock, people are slowly becoming aware they are not that great any more, still have a couple from a couple of years ago, totally different product.

I was in today my store just had 50% off.

Newbury this morning had Christmas garland and peppermint swirl large jars and lots of tea lights half price but everything else was full price. Manager said you had to be there the first few days of the sale. Best place by far in Newbury is Hallmark Outlet in the Kennet Centre. 3 large jars £25 and 3 medium £20. Their stock levels are low though

Thank you very much! Just went to my local (near wimbledon station) and they where 75% off! Big jars 4.24 each, tealights 1.68 for a box with 12 tealights and samplers for 45p each.

So this is an INSTORE deal only then? Assumed it was online too as has a link to the website.

The Christmas stock is half price in the Newbury Branch. This includes Tea lights melts samplers and all glass jars. I really wanted a Snowflake Cookie large jar but there wasn't any left. If anyone manages to find one then I would love to buy it from them x
