Have been buying these for around a week since first spotting them. There are 3 types, Shortbread (99p) Cookies (69p) and Maria (99p) Without doubt, these are the best biscuits I've tasted that are sugar free. I've been a diabetic for 6 years and the one thing i've missed terribly are Cookies. These 'Gullon' ones are great, the chocolate is the typical sugar free dark stuff and quite hard, but the biscuit part is amazing for sugar free, they come in packs of around 14. The shortbread is really good too, and comes in a larger box with 25+ in it, not tried the Maria. I did a bit of research on these and amazon sell them for at least twice as much !

Didn't know these existed. I might get some for my daughters party as some of the mums don't like giving their kids sugary stuff. Thanks!

2 packs (2 in box) end to end would be a long ginger biscuit pact if that makes sense, not bad taste too...

I have been a Diabetic for over 33 years but these biscuits still increase my blood sugar. As all diabetics should know, it's the total carbohydrate value that affects the blood sugar and not what proportion of which are sugars. Artificial sweeteners and fruit sugars also effect my blood sugar. I have however tried all 3 varieties, but I wouldn't call one of them a shortbread, it doesn't have any characteristics of a shortbread, The one zoopakev is referring to, the one with the ridge effect on the top of the biscuit is the best in my opinion. It has about 4.5 gm of carbohydrate which equates to a dose of insulin in the range of 0.5 of a unit. 10 GM of carbohydrate equates to 1 unit of insulin required. Diabetic be warned, you can munch through quite a few of these biscuits. The Marie ones aren't bad either!

They maybe sugar free so good for fatties & those looking to reduce their sugar intake... but diabetics need to worry about the other Ingredients that eventually turn to surgar
