Do you have a source for the offer?

One of the staff in the Nottingham store was talking about it to another staff member this morning, mentioning about moving their stock around for it.

Thanks for the heads up, do you know if they will be doing anything special for the 12.2 TabPro which is currently crazily overpriced.

Is it not a 2 year guarantee? 3 year is on Apple products only, 2 year on all everything else

Great deal Heat added
With the cash back this is only £40 more expensive than the Tab pro at Currys currently at £209...will be trying to get this one.
If I miss out does anyone know if the 10"LG G pad is better than the Tap pro or is the Tab Pro the best offer currently out there.

I cant answer your question regards the G pad, but i saw the Tab S instore and the screen is Aaaamazing. But if you're not bothered about the screen then the Tab Pro is a good deal still at £209.

keep watching Amazon as the tab pro 12.2 was in a lightning sale and they seem to be repeating items.

be careful - i have the tab s 8.4 - and its flawed - scrolling/touch-panel is broken somewhere - scrolls infinitely fast or not at all.
If you get a good chance, bring up dailymail.co.uk in a browser (I use dolphin) - see how long it takes to load and start scrolling. If you dont see any issues - great. But if it is nearly impossible to scroll, its a samsung dud.

Sorry for being a noob but I don't understand cashback. What is it? It's not normal cashback like it comes out of your bank balance?

you need to go to samsung site 30 days after purchase and claim the cashback. You need to to do it within a certain time frame otherwise they will invalidate your claim.

The £50 cash back offer on JL says "Offer ends 30th November 2014"
However follow the link and on the Samsung website it says "Valid from Nov 13, 2014 to Dec 31, 2014"

I found the 2014 Galaxy Note 10.1 at Currys for the same price (inclusive of cashback). The specs seem very similar, but it has the added usage of a stylus. Which is better?
just got the note 10.1 do i need to get this

The Tab S is excellent. I will admit though that I don't reckon I'd notice the difference if it had a Full HD rather than a qHD screen.
It never lags though and every works super smoothly, A big difference to my previous tablet experience with teh original Nexus 7 which was very slow indeed.

tab s is lower performance than tab pro but with a subjectively better screen (amoled vs IPS)
