I concur, little Harry has been doing a great job!
I have used mine to pick up pretty much anything and everything that can fit through its nozzle.
Bags are a bit expensive but who cares?
Also you can pick up liquids too, minus the bag inside though
ScrewUfix have a great product with this

COLD COLD COLD
This is very low quality vacuum cleaner - Don't spent your money - on car wash they blow only after 1 month - Charley \Henry wet brother\ work on car wash over 1 year

Reading against all the positive reviews, you seem the exception norm.
If you had actually legitimately purchased this you would have been able to replace/repair/refund this.
Sounds very much like you have obtained this device illegitimately ?

you need to remove the bag when using for wet, so yes.
"DUST COLLECTION BAG
Fine dust, such as dust from cement, soot and plaster are too fine to be used with only the foam
sleeve and risk getting into the motor and damaging it, thereby, nullifying the vacuum cleaner’s
guarantee. Therefore always use a dust collection bag when cleaning these types of materials." http://www.free-instruction-manuals.com/pdf/pa_467313.pdf

We bought one about 4 months ago and used it to collect smaller bits of rubble after knocking out a chimney breast. Works brilliantly. A good buy. As others have said, the bags are a bit pricey but other than that, a great product!

Bought one yesterday ... great little vac.
To counter the point above about it breaking down, it comes with a 2 year guarantee.

Cheers, need to Hoover the garage after 6 months collection of builders dust and dirt, plus the loft. Didn't fancy paying £100 for a Henry or using my dyson. Plus cheaper than hiring one

Is it suitable to use it at home ? Domestic ? And how much those bags extra costs?

Just tried mine at home. The nozzle is a basic one piece plastic thing. The 4 piece tube is also a bit basic and flimsy. The machine is fine itself but I tried it with a Panasonic tube and nozzle/head thing and it was much better. (Vax hose was too big.)
The thing fell over a few times due to the motor being in it's top part.
I would say you could probably live with it as a basic domestic hoover but only if you could swap the tube and head (whatever those things are called).
At least this has the benefit of also being a wet vacuum once you take the bag out.
It also blows (for whatever reason) if required.
I have used a bent piece of thick wire to use as a holder for the spare nozzle and pushed it into a slot on the side and will be trying to find a re-usable bag but they are an unusual shape as they have to wrap around the motor in the centre of the drum.
Another plus is that the filter is a washable sponge type (but probably not one that filters out micro particles etc.).
Over all it is worth the money as as spare/back-up/shed/garage/wet vacuum cleaner or for the attic/cellar but you will want to sort out the hose and head for regular use, especially on carpet.

I'm thinking of buying one instead of a Henry I have only read really positive reviews about it. The only thing I would like to know if anyone knows is if you can use Henry attachments on it like the upholstery brush attachment? Any help?
