It's happened before to others. Apparently it happens if your purchase sets off a flag in their system. Best to contact them.

You buy the code via Cdkeys and they email you an 16 digit code which enter on the Xbox in Redeem Codes section. I've used cdkeys and they are great. Good deal at £1.85? a month. 2 free games a month. 24 games a year
