i got lots of nice things reduced, cs is the worst ive ever experienced as they charged me double without notifying me, then told me that was all the discount i could have (their words!) It was a 1st order discount code correctly used. It has taken me over 2 weeks and the threat of trading standards to get rectification and closure of the account. Steer clear x

I found he codes didn't work for me as I was an existing customer so signed my son up and order went through but received today in husbands account number, they had taken off the 10% discount, removed the 2 paks of oaks I had ordered and added £4.99 delivery which the code 021 gave 10% off with free delivery to my son. Last time I ordered a mirrored picture frame came with a crack straight across, they wouldn't collect just offered me 10% off!!! Don't know why I ordered again

I had a look and there are several codes... they are meant to also take 10% off total for spends over 20 pounds... The codes are 047, 023, 021, 055, 041, 009, 014

i dislike studio for the same reason. however they do have some good bits. toys and personalised items. and you can pay in full too! simply call them, and pay the whole amount, IN FULL. no credit account applied for :-) i dont think they advertise this. but if you call. it can be done.

I've bought three things from Studio.
I wasn't happy signing up with them when I realised I was applying for credit (which I didn't want).
One of my purchases - 'luxury' Egyptian cotton towels where anything but luxury so got sent back.
My second purchase was OK.
My third was some outdoor Christmas dear lights, which are a fair price at the discounted price but nowhere near worth the original price which was over three times more. What I found rather bemusing was the instruction that they shouldn't be used if wet or damp outside (???) They still work three days on.
They are an all right company but nothing special and certainly not as good as their glossy brochure.
Good if you need to shop on credit, but I guess you pay over the odds to start with to get this.

I find it has some good bits for kids sometimes more the personalised pj's as long as you pay off in full when statement comes in I see no issue. As each of us have a different opinion on what's crap!!
