Because we are civilised responsible members of society. That's why we also reprimand dog walkers that don't pick up and report them if they refuse. That's also why many of us pick up if we see something in the middle of the pavement, near a school or playing field that does not belong to us. If people can't deal with the simple process of putting a sh1t in a bag then they should not own dogs.

Plenty of supposed 'dog lovers' who leave 'special treats' for us responsible owners to step in. Makes me wonder why we bother picking it up when we spend the majority of our walks dodging turds - It riles me!

When mines about to do one I hold him above my head and break in to a sound of music dance routine ........... only kidding , I throw it in a bush.

By the way there are a lot of idiots voicing their opinions on this deal. Probably cat lovers whose little beauties leave their **** all over the place, unlike us responsible dog lovers who clear up after our pets.

Completely agree with earlier comment, we buy 300 nappy sacks for 35p in Tesco. Why pay so much more? Well I suppose if you have a diamond encrusted poo bag holder..........!

That 100 pack of Doggy Bags in Home Bargains is the best. Nappy sacks and other cheapo dog poo bags are too thin. Try picking up some soft dog **** with one of those bags and you'll end up with.... yuk! :smile:

Lol dog poo bags, you mean where the owners actually pick up the dog mess when people are looking (if not they don't bother) then later sling it over a tree or leave on the floor which then makes the poo sit for eternity in a tree/on floor as it can't degrade. Brillaint!....

I just leave it on the path when it lands ! ...................................... nah ..but I do just buy the much cheaper scented baby nappy bags

You can get about 500 baby nappy bags for around 40p.......

And stop leaving them in trees you dirty barsteward rodents! After you picked up your dog's ****, take it home with you or put it in a bin. Do not decorate trees with them, do not just leave them on the side of the path or street either! Some dog owners are a disgrace....

This won't help everyone, but if you live in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, you can pick up dog poo bags free of charge from the local authority offices and the customer service centres.

I want to know what deranged dog owners put the dog crap in the bag and then either leave it on the path or dump in the hedge.

Neats nappy bags come in a box of 300 and are £1.39 in Morrisons. I think they are the best balance between quality and cost. Have always thought "dedicated" dog bags are overpriced. It's just a bag after all.
