Brought one of these few months back for a little more (£25 on SALE from £35), its a useful little tool. Certainly a good deal for the price! Love the fact it has a LED light at front to whatever you drill or screw :P
Spec:
General purpose 14.4V cordless drill, ideal for light drilling into wood or metal and can also be used as a powered screwdriver 21 (or 19 TBC) position torque settings for variable power output. Variable speed for increased control. Forward and Reverse facility for Screw driving.
Supplied with One Battery and 3 -5 Hour Charger and two reversible scredriver insert bits
BTW quick tip: delivery is £4.95 but I usually add a item to make it up to £25 and collect free from store when I do my shopping. You can return the other items in store if unwanted

Good point, thanks for making that clear... even with the delivery its a good deal, also if I remember correctly it comes with a 2 year manufacturing warranty! I got mine a month or so ago for £25 and thought that was a good deal (when on sale)... Its been brilliant since! :smirk:

No hammer action so not suitable for masonry. Also the battery capacity isn't quoted. 1Ah? 1.1Ah?
Always worth getting drills with 2 batteries included so you can charge one while working with the other and when one fails you still have one battery to use.
Nicad batteries are best fully discharged before charging to maximise life. If you don't do that you shorten the batteries life considerably especially with drills with simple timed chargers. Nicad based drills are ideal for occasional DIYers as the batteries can be stored discharged or charged but remember to discharge even if they have been stored some time before charging.
Also remember even expensive cordless drills are outperformed by quite low end mains powered drills.
