Excellent needle retention.Pot grown. No stand required. It isn't on offer at £15 but it is a good price for a tree like this as the needles aren't prickly! We've bought ours early and it looks really nice.Prices elsewhere for a Nordman fir seem much higher.

Bought a nordman fir tree from Asda today, when I got it home and took net off I realised it is awful it's 1.1 -1.3 m high and cost £20, can I return it and get a refund??

Are these netted up or open? I like to be able to see a tree in all it's glory before purchase!

Netted up as I guess they might take over the store otherwise-just have to see it in it's full glory at home especially with those twinkling fairy lights.............

Label says'It retains some of its roots which will help to keep it fresh in your home.It has a limited root system and will not survive if planted in the garden'.

B&Q have "4ft" cut trees for £7.49. However by looking through the stock I managed to pick one up that was actually 6ft.

I got mine today from B&Q for £7.49 and all the trees were around 5-6ft.
Mine is 7ft and at £7.49 it's a bargain. Got the stand from a boot fair for £2 so the whole thing cost less than £10.

Thanks for the post. Does it have a strong Christmas tree smell? Sorry for the odd question, I like the smell though... the main reason I buy real trees!
