£1 in may, June and July plus it's only on certain dates as you can also get 50% off or 7nights for the price of 5 you need to check each site. I wanted July but only 2 out of 5 or 6 sites only did this so you need to check.

I have just phoned 7 of the sites and have been told their offer does not start until September..... this does not correspond with what is in the paper - typical example - offer £1 basic pitch excluding 25-31 October, indicating that the offer is availbale in August. When i rang was told offer does not start until 9th September, no good for me when the kids are back at school. Similar story with the others i have tried, some not starting until 16th September. Very disappointed.....

If you need entertainment passes then make sure you check the price of just booking with the site direct.
e.g 2 nights at one park I checked would be £8.40 for a family of 4 including passes.
Using the Sun deal it would be £2 for the 2 nights plus £4 per pitch per night for passes = £10.
Plus of course the cost of The Sun, and a Daily Sport to wrap it in to hide your embarrassment :whistling:

Have I got this right - it's £1 in Aug, Sept and Oct - any dates?

The way i read it is that its only £1 nights in Sept/Oct, but only £1 for ONE night in August if you also book specific nights with it at full price.
No where is going to give you loads of nights at only £1 per night when August is their busiest month.

Personally, I gave up staying in a cotton bag held up by sticks after they invented the brick.
However, for those into camping you're not going to beat a quid so sounds quite hot to me!

Nice. No way we could afford abroad this year, maybe next. Heavy rain here in Leeds with thunder rumbling in the distance. The sun was out 7am until 9am though:w00t:
