I rang up as could see £12 for 12gb and unlimited everything (I am already on a rolling contract at £13 8gb unlimited everything else ) chap could not match £12 deal but said for £14 I could drop minutes (never go over 200 myself) and up data to 30gb (I some times have have to top £5 every month) no brainer for me.

How can 1 text be unlimited?

I also called up with the same intentions, they gave me 600mins, unlimited texts and unlimited data, with a 30gb personal hotspot for £12 a month. I only asked for 12gb but they gave me this instead. Sometimes you just have to call up a few times before they budge, and the deals change from time to time

Good deal however, I dispise threes customer service. Had one bad experience too many. Called up to cancel my 1 month contract and the woman on the other end was far too pushy and trying to fob me off after multiple times saying I was cancelling. Not happy at all.

Agree with this totally, would never go back to Three after the hassle of cancelling. Took me an hour on the phone to them to cancel, I was constantly ignored, two operators were trying desperately to push me into staying. Really bad customer service.

Had the same when I left. I was actually happy with them a few years ago, then the signal mast near mine kept going down and they couldn't promise me proper service for up to a year. Needless to say I jumped ship to EE. Couldn't be happier.
Still, your mileage may vary depending on where you live. I think it's always a good idea to get a few PAYG Sims from the companies you're thinking of joining and seeing how signal is in common places you visit.

Meh, retentions are the same with any company, they are paid to persuade you to stay. Yes its annoying but if you don't want the hassle just cancel in writing.

Good deal, if you hate customer service so much, go into your local store and sort it out.

It is a fantastic offer and was going to write it will get super hot but then was unsure if it was one of those difficult to get a hold of deals or existing customers whom ring up. Its on the website seems open to all but heading needs changing as it is 12gb for £14, 30gb for £18

rather than updating the above, please go to the website, deal that is available for all is actually different.
The one month rolling contract are a lot more expensive. Seems a dud deal as you probably can only get above if you call and chat and go via retentions

Just chatted via live chat. and have unlimited data, 600mins,unlimited text and 30bg hotspot for a month for £16.Used to get unlimited everything for £16 however only had 4gb hotspot so sacrificed the calls to data  10 hours of calls for a month is way more than enough for me.

I've used 18 minutes in 11 days. Just looked am paying £26 for 200 mins, unlimited data/texts. When I phone up he offered me 30gb data, unlimited calls/texts for £18 but on a 12 month contract. Am not getting into a long contract without getting a phone out of it

Why don't people go for the 12GB deal on 12 month contract and get the Cashback via TCB, and port your number back over.... works out £12 per month through TCB and minus the cashback once paid to effectively £7 a month for a 12GB deal!

That's what I'm planning to do although any idea how complicated it is to port number back to them? I have to transfer to EE then get a puk code off them right
