Use your phone, go to Xbox website, scroll to bottom, choose India, go to buy game, it should send you to Microsoft store, make sure you're still on India from bottom of page, select buy game, get it free.

Yeah, same for me. I can see it, but no 'Buy' button at the moment as you say. Expect it will be available shortly..
