  Yes, you can enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £20, and you should receive your order within 2-4 working days. However, this does exclude large, bulky items like video game consoles.

  Can I click and collect?

  Absolutely! Place your order online and you can collect from your local store free of charge within two hours (subject to store opening times, order volumes and the time the order is placed). Your order will be held at your chosen store for two days (from the date of order).

  If I pre-order from Smyths, is this the price I’ll actually pay?

  Yes absolutely, it’s part of the Smyths Toys Price Promise. They will always charge the lower price regardless of any price fluctuations when the pre-order comes to be despatched.

  Can I use a Smyths toys gift card online?

  Absolutely! If you have a plastic Smyths toys gift card, you can still use this for online purchases as well as in-store. You can also check your gift card balance on the website too. Additionally, if you’re stuck for a present, you can shop both Smyths eGift cards and physical Smyths gift cards online as well. It’s worth knowing, they are non-refundable though.

  How can I check stock at my local store?

  It’s a lot easier to check stock online before you go. Simply search or browse the item, select your local store and Click and Collect or in-store. If the item is in stock and available, the website will tell you how many items are available, or if it’s out of stock and when it will be back. From here you can pre-order if you can’t order online or in-store.

  Do I need to set up a Smyths Toys account to order something online?

  No, it’s not obligatory as you can checkout as a guest. But account holders do get to check their order status (which is very helpful for pre-orders), look at order history and manage addresses.
