  You can indeed. eBuyer work with CollectPlus to open up a network of 7000 local shops for customers to pick up their items from. You will be offered the closest option to you at the checkout. This service costs £4.99. You’ll be notified when the order is ready to collect but bear in mind that your order needs to be under £750 to be eligible.

  How long does an Ebuyer return take?

  Once Ebuyer has your return they aim to process it on the same day. The most you will have to wait for processing time is 4 days on receipt of the parcel, but it might take your bank longer to process the refund to your account. You’ll always receive an email confirming when your return was processed to keep you in the loop.
