- Delivery and Returns
Can I exchange an online purchase in the store?
If you need to exchange an item of clothing for a different size or you’d like to swap for something else, no problem, you can now pop into any George store to do this. Don’t forget the delivery note that was in your parcel with you as you’ll need it as proof of purchase. If you bought an item at full price that is now on sale, the difference will be refunded on to an Asda Gift Card.
When will I know to pick up my click and collect?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and again when your order is en route to your chosen collection store. Only come to collect your parcel after receiving confirmation it is ready to collect.
Can I change my order?
Once an order is placed it is too late to change crucial details like delivery date or delivery method. But don’t worry, when you receive your order, you can hand back any unwanted items for a refund.
