  Yes, Amazon offers a generous student discount that reduces the cost of their Amazon Prime service.

  Unlike other brands that offer a general 10% off, Amazon gives students a 6-month free trial of Amazon Prime (so time this sign-up well), and then 50% off membership after that. Students get the perks of a membership you expect including Amazon Prime one-day delivery, Music, Video and Photo (unlimited storage), plus extras like an Amazon discount on fashion, books and essentials.

  Lightning Deals are limited-time discounts - meaning you’ve got to be quick to claim them before they disappear! Lightning Deals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and you can only claim one per order. When you know what you want and you see that Lightning Deal appear, it’s quite a buzz.

  What are Amazon Lockers?

  Amazon Lockers are a flexible delivery option that lets you pick up your parcel whenever you want from a safe public location. You have three days to pick up your parcel, after that it will be returned to Amazon and you'll be refunded.

  As they are lockers, there's a size limitation for parcels, so make sure what you're ordering isn't larger than 42cm x 35cm x 32cm.

  What is Amazon Fresh?

  This is a speedy grocery delivery service available to Amazon Prime and Fresh members. You can get same-day and early next day delivery if you’re in an eligible postcode and will get free delivery if your grocery order is over £60. Otherwise it will cost £4.99 for delivery and you must order a minimum of £40 worth of goods.

   

  How do I set up an Amazon Household?

  This is one of our favourite things about having an Amazon Prime membership - the ability to share the cost and perks of Prime with your cohabitants! It’s easy to set up too. Simply log in, go to Amazon Household and add one other adult and up to four children to get started. When you’ve done that, you'll be asked to review your content sharing settings through the Family Library. Here you can decide whether you want to share any digital content with your designated adult. You can also manage parental controls on the content your kids are accessing too.

  Can I change my Amazon order?

  Yes it’s possible but you have to be quick! Hit Your Orders if you want to change the shipping address or payment method - but this must be done before the order has got to the shipping process bit. Select Order Details for the order you need to modify, then select Change next to the details that require amending.

  How do I track my Amazon order?

  Once you’ve placed an Amazon order, follow its tracking progress on the Your Orders page within your account. Here you can choose the package you’re looking to track and follow delivery updates. You can also click here to make a repeat purchase of any previously ordered items.
   

  Does Amazon offer a Click and Collect service, and where can I find my nearest location?

  Absolutely! Amazon do have a Click and Collect option, and it is free standard delivery to any pickup locations. This is called Amazon Hub, and your nearest locker or counter location can be found online. It means you won’t miss a delivery if you’re out, which makes shopping even easier!
