SHOCKING SERVICE

Three agreed to cancel my contract without charge because signal so bad, then strangely added a unlimited roaming add on that I did not ask for. When contacted, they admitted a mistake but want to charge me £60 for it anyway....UNBELIEVABLY BAD customer service bully, who although admits it was a mistake, tells me I must pay. there is no way I will do that, so I hope ends up in court. That a company like this exists in 2024 is ridiculous. Don't let these people steal from you. They need to sort themselves out or quit.

VERY RUBBISH COMPANY

VERY RUBBISH COMPANY. I WAS ASKING ABOUT UPGRADE AND THE CS DIDN'T UNDERSTAND AND HAD TO ASK ME TWO TIMES. AT THE END I WAS NOT SATISFIED AND ASKED TO ESCALATE TO CUSTOMER RELATIONS TEAM, I WAS NOT SURE IF IT WAS REALLY CUSTOMER RELATIONS TEAM OR THEY JUST PUT ME THROUGH TO OTHER COLLEAGUE. THE INFORMATION HAS NOT BEEN INFORMED CORRECTLY REGARDING UPGRADE AND WHEN I ASK TO GET GOOD GESTURE BECAUSE OF RUDENESS OF PREV CUS SERVCE, SUPRIYA REFUSED TO GIVE ANY GOOD GESTURE. AND SHE SAID NECESSARY ACTION HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN ?!!! IS THIS HOW THREE TREAT LONG TERM CUSTOMER?

Don't expect to keep your old phone number if you switch to Three

Having been with Vodafone for over 10 years I foolishly opted to switch to a Three business account. I obtained the PAC code from Vodafone immediately and gave it to Three who informed me the switch would go through in 24 hours. Two weeks later and after numerous phone calls to Three who tell me the porting was cancelled for some reason?. My old number is dead and Three seem uninterested in resolving the problem.
DON'T SWITCH TO THREE!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Really disappointing and shocked. I wanted to cancel my contract, thinking it would be a quick call of about 15 minutes, but it dragged on for nearly an hour. The people on the phone were sneaky and kept trying to upsell me more of their services instead of letting me cancel. They also all seemed to be reading from the same boring script, which made the whole thing lack authenticity.

They are the worst mobile service ever.
They gave me a handset- with a number, that I couldn’t use , unless I had internet, £25 a month, they told me my number did not exist! But still kept taking £25 ! Eventually they agreed to give me my money back- told me, I could not use the handset or number anymore, then took me to a debt collection agency for non payment of a number they told me they had disconnected! I got email s from different departments all saying different things. I have never been so stressed & angry.
Really Really do not go with this company. I am taking this way further.

Don't get mugged off by this company!

Ordered a mobile data sim online, went to collect it but the guy that was working there refused to let me have it! I showed the confirmation email plus several forms of identification but he still refused. I told him to cancel the order which he agreed to do. Well its been nearly three months and I am still waiting for my refund! £35.00 of my money stolen from me! I spent over one hour on the phone being passed from person to person. Eventually I was told a refund would be issued, well still waiting. I have sent countless emails with replies saying my case has been passed to the back end team? I will be contacting the communications Ombudsman to report this scam of a company!

Horrendous customer services

Horrendous customer services. Since they changed the Three Mobile App last year I’ve been unable to manage my accounts, I have my kids mobiles etc in my name. This has been fine for decades, now they tell me I need to set up new emails as a security measure before then changing those emails back to the one I opened them up with in the first place! Despite 90 mins on chat and confirming the security codes they sent to each phone apparently that’s not enough. Don’t go with Three unless customer service is not high on your wish list. Poor signals and missed calls resulting in random texts telling us all we missed calls means signal is poor! Their response, pay hundreds of pounds to cancel and the figures they told me differed from that sent by text in under 2 mins! It’s difficult to be so poor at something so simple

Three are genuinely the worst phone…

Three are genuinely the worst phone company that has ever existed. The two years I’ve been tied to them have been misery. They opened a third phone contract without my consent, refused to believe me when I immediately tried to cancel it when I found out and made over £100 off a contract I didn’t know existed and are still trying to charge me. With two other contracts, it’s easy to not noticed a third and they took advantage of that. It has taken me 5 months to try get rid of them at my contract end dates but they keep finding ways to make money off of me. Do not ever use Three, the customer service is just shocking, it’s not even worth risking. It is all about money, no morals at all.

From last two days my phone not working they can't fix it and it's a network connection issue nothing wrong with handset all bills being paid on time

Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad.
Attempted to renew in March after spending nearly 1 hour on the phone listening to 100 mile an hour speech about terms and conditions etc and nearly a gazillion messages / emails later, I'm thinking I'm set. Then i notice a really high DD payment. Contacted them to ask why and it wasnt done properly. So instead of sorting it they want me to spend another unreasonable amount of time and do it all again.
I decline and ask to leave.
They then tried to sell sell sell. I became very frustrated and demanded I be allowed to leave now and need the PAC to transfer my number.
Been with three for a decade, their customer service is now shocking. Oh and I won't be refunded the £22 for a sim only 2gb, even though I never authorised it, apparently I should have checked my bill. So I was robbed through the incompetence too.

Poor on every front

Poor reception continuously, non-existent customer service, staff lack knowledge, expensive for certain services (even when you didn’t use them - they claim you did and won’t let you argue your case), not good for people who travel frequently.

SMARTY (Which uses Three’s network) is a lot cheaper but no customer service in person or over the phone. So you might as well save money as there’s no customer service at Three itself.

Or even better. GiffGaff (Uses o2’s network). Much better reception, customer service speed and very cheap.

Misleading costumer and awful costumer service

I was abroad and bought an unlimited data package that didn't show up on my account, so I had to buy a local SIM card to have any data. My order never showed up in my 3 account after it went through and then the very unfriendly customer service told me I used up the 12 GB of roam that I have and won't be able to buy more roam for the next 30 days. Nowhere in the buying process did it tell me that buying more data is the same as throwing money out the window because I won't be able to use it. All this is because of misleading information on the website. It also never shows how much of your 12 GB of roaming you've used. Your signal will suddenly just be gone and you are on your own.

Stay clear! The worst company ever!

Let me start by saying this is the worst service I’ve come across. These guys are thieves and will charge you unnecessary charges as they want your money. I had cancelled my contract on the phone yet they still charged me, ridiculous I know. To make matters worse, the customer service hotlines are awful. Special mentions go to workers Salman and Paurush, the worst of them all. Stay clear from Three if you want some sanity, worst 4G data service known for their services to go down at least every month leaving you stranded. The customer service hotlines are horrendous. They employ people from India who happen to have a low level of English speaking so it is utterly frustrating on the phone. There are no added benefits from Three and you can definitely find better service anywhere else. I had made a complaint in which they said they would look at it, a minute after they closed it. As I can see, a lot of other people are having the same issues. I was gobsmacked at the service received after being a loyal customer for 7 years but today I have learnt loyalty to a company is nothing. Stay far away from 3 and advise all your family to never come to this network.

Hounding and Harassment Daily,

They keep phoning everyday on 0333 338 1063 I owe them nothing up to date on my contract tried before to get a new line failed credit check been with these over 12 months never missed but turned down,
But will not be renewing will pay off early and leave this company does not like good customer's that keep there accounts 100% spot on,
Also in 12 months it as gone up £12.00 for nothing apparently to invest but services stay the same just another excuse to get money out of you same with the other companies using the same excuse cost of living, just one big rip off,

Scammer!

I would love to give zero or thumbs down if possible, they charged me and my husband 2000 pounds each for iPhone 13 Pro we didn’t realise that as it’s 79 pounds a month and my contract will end on march 2024 and I went through my account and I have already paid 1904 pounds and yet to pay 79 pounds. Please help my get a refund

Utterly awful

Utterly awful. They make it so hard and difficult for you to do anything. I have been with them for over 10 years purely because it is so hard to leave them. I have now made the leap and my family are doing the same. Thank god. The awful customer service is probably worth £5 per month to me. Kamal cut me off on Saturday after a 40 minute wait. That right there is typical. This is a company heading into oblivion. Not sure why anyone would want to use them. Love the way they offer you a cheap deal when they know you are on the cusp of going elsewhere. Only an idiot would take them up on that. This is a company easy to sign up with a contract for, and impossible to leave. Never, never, never again

Poor customer service

Ordered a phone that was never delivered. Tried to communicate with Three’s customer service about the non delivery. Not very interested in my predicament and dismissed me letting me know I will have to order my handset again, and my money will be refunded after 22 days all as I missed the delivery. I explained that the delivery wasn’t even attempted even though DPD said it was, but they choose to believe DPD over me. Gutted as I was looking forward to having a new phone and better service. Now going to try another provider intended after my money is refunded.
