SHOCKING SERVICE
Three agreed to cancel my contract without charge because signal so bad, then strangely added a unlimited roaming add on that I did not ask for. When contacted, they admitted a mistake but want to charge me £60 for it anyway....UNBELIEVABLY BAD customer service bully, who although admits it was a mistake, tells me I must pay. there is no way I will do that, so I hope ends up in court. That a company like this exists in 2024 is ridiculous. Don't let these people steal from you. They need to sort themselves out or quit.
