Dan was fantastic
Dan was fantastic. He was really helpful in explaining things about my account and how the Take 3 payments work, which I wasn't sure about before. Thank you Dan for your patience and kindness to resolve a stressful situation.
Although I am so happy with Dan's customer service, this isn't always the case when calling Very. Usually advisors are vague, unhelpful and pass me through to various departments, back and forth. Also there are usually LOUD colleagues, shouting and laughing in the background.
It seems Dan is a rarity - he deserves a lot of credit from Very (and most probably a pay rise too).
