Dan was fantastic. He was really helpful in explaining things about my account and how the Take 3 payments work, which I wasn't sure about before. Thank you Dan for your patience and kindness to resolve a stressful situation.

Although I am so happy with Dan's customer service, this isn't always the case when calling Very. Usually advisors are vague, unhelpful and pass me through to various departments, back and forth. Also there are usually LOUD colleagues, shouting and laughing in the background.

It seems Dan is a rarity - he deserves a lot of credit from Very (and most probably a pay rise too).

Given run around by customer service on said one thing which would of helped was then passes to someone else who didn't help then passed again to someone else who didn't want to help either after 45 mins on phone I gave up. Won't buy electrical item frim them again.

I have been with Very for many years. The reason why - they are very quick at delivering, customer service is great, returns are easy and the 3 month instalments are a bonus and make the higher priced its affordable. Thanks Very 😁.

I love my new gear through Very and the quality of the items were great. I was happy with the price I paid as well because they are more expensive in different places. Also a very fast delivery service and professional which you don’t get with some places because they just dump your parcels anywhere.

Fast delivery, quicker than advised. The free delivery to a local drop off point is excellent, no need to worry about unreliable couriers leaving parcels unattended at the front door.
Had to order multiple sizes due to insufficient information on site, no issue though as returns are free. Very seem to have upped their game recently, a much improved service.

Once I'd decided which phone I wanted, payment was easy, I chose to pay fir next day delivery. The package was pristine, delivered next day before mid day. Great experience. Very happy with service.

I have attempted -several orders, which I have had to cancel! The expected delivery of all these items have been over a month from purchase date! This is not a one off problem with supply and demand. This has been a regular occurrence for well over a year. More often than not before purchase a delivery is estimated within the week. This however, changes with further communication of multiple delivery date changes
If I am looking to purchase an item on line - I am cautious of even looking at very as an option!
Very frustrating buy only if your prepared to wait!

I find the website easy to navigate and I can always find what I am looking for. There is an enormous selection of goods but it is set up so categories are easy to find. They also have a very quick turn around and deliver promptly.

Why very outsourced their call centre is beyond me. At least train the advisors before letting them use the phone and systems. Created more mess than soloution.
Worst thing ever. All screaming and shouting in the background, clearly having more fun rather than working and it comes across rude and unprofessional when your trying to have a serious conversation about the errors they made which is now costing you time and fuel for constant returns.

Easy ordering process, paid for next day delivery and order arrived on time. I like the BNPL option for larger purchases. Very happy all round.

I love the choice of items in VERY and the ease of ordering and returning (I do miss that you cannot return via a Courier now, but you can easily arrange for your postie to collect from the house). Prices are not over the top and things arrive quickly.

Have taken the day off waiting for delivery of order.

No update. Contacted delivery company who could not update and ended the chat before completing.

Needed item for birthday party which is why paid for specific delivery date. Now the party is ruined. Thanks.

Worse customer service I have known.

Would not recommended ordering from here if you need anything on time or want to be treated with respect after spending your money.

I rate Very highly. They have a great choice of products, at a reasonable price, that can be paid in instalments. My latest order was delivered quickly and well packaged. I would definitely recommend shopping with Very.

Very easy company to deal with. Returns were prompt to refund onto my account and price/quality of goods are better than anywhere else I can find. Very is always the first place I look when purchasing clothes

Rubbish service gave me £400 to spend and spent it items on way ready for delivery then order cancelled by supplier saying about credit check need to have a. Look in future and don't build people's hopes up silly how that gives u it then refuse u want recommend this from very rubbish

I would of given 5 stars if you had more stock availability as items run out so quickly. Easy to order i was kept up to date with tracking and my item arrived in two days. Overall i was pleased with the service

Multiple ways to pay and the huge range of products is my favourite aspect of shopping at Very. The mobile interface is also users friendly.
